Reiki originated in Tibet thousands of years ago. The Tibetan monks had mastered the science and art of taping Universal life force energy (Reiki) for man’s use in healing and self-transformation, which eventually lead to spiritual enlightenment. This knowledge was guarded and preserved by the mystery school of ancient cultures and was available in its entirety, only to very few people, like priests & spiritual leaders who in turn passed it on to their disciples by word of mouth.

Dr. Mikao Usui of Japan rediscovered the key in thousand five hundred old Sanskrit Sutras at the end of the 18th Century which led to the recovery of thousand year old tradition of healing.

Reiki reached the western world in the late 1980’s through Mrs. Hawayo Takata. Since then, tens of thousands of people have received Reiki worldwide.

The only way to activate Reiki in your hand is through a process of attunement, which is carried out by a qualified Reiki Master during two days Seminar.
